Our Poultry Fat is a versatile product that can be used in foods (a common flavoring, additive and/or main component of chicken soup), pet foods and even in the production of bio diesel. Poultry fat is noted for being high in linoleic acid, an omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acid, with levels ranging between 17.9 percent and 22.8 percent.
